The cottage is very cosy with high quality furnishings. The bed and bedding are extremely comfortable and the decor is very tasteful. The kitchen is equipped with high quality crockery and utensils. There are lovely wine and gin glasses. The property is close to The Hare and Hounds which serves fabulous food. There is another good pub a short walk away. There are other excellent eateries in the area, a short drive away. We had a great stay and will return.

We had an amazing time, probably the best UK holiday we’ve been on! The cottage is incredibly cosy but spacious at the same time. There’s so much to do and see in the immediate vicinity. Can’t wait to stay again

Great week stay here! In a great location for exploring different areas with not too far of a drive. Two good pubs within walking distance & local walks too. The cottage was clean and had all the facilities needed including coffee machine & smart TV. Overall a great stay & we would love to go back again soon.

A beautiful cottage in such lovely surroundings. Quality furnishings and appliances and extremely comfortable. Private safe parking. An ideal location for exploring the southern lakes. Will definately return.

Lovely place, such a nice time staying here! Great place to stay when visiting the Lake District! Far enough a way from the businesses but close enough to drive quickly to places! So clean and lots of little extras for us to use and enjoy! 100% recommend, we will be back for sure!
